Connect your books
Sign in to QuickBooks Online or Xero. Every invoice more than 30 days overdue is listed. Exclude any customer you would rather handle yourself.
Approve your sequence
Six reminders over 30 days, each drafted for that customer and invoice, friendly to firm. Read the set once, approve it, and connect Gmail or Microsoft 365 so every email goes out from you.
Get paid, keep the customer
Replies are read and sorted: promises reschedule the next step, disputes pause and come to you, "already paid" is checked against your books. Customers pay you through your own link.
Reminders that sound like you, because they come from you
Each email is written for that customer and that invoice. The tone never goes past the level you set, and every message ends with your name, your address, and a way to reply.

Questions owners ask
Is this a collection agency?
No. Owedable is software you run. You approve the reminder sequence, the emails go out from your own mailbox in your name, and your customers pay you directly through your own invoice link. We never touch the money and never take a share of it.
Will it upset my customers?
The sequence starts with a friendly nudge and only escalates as far as you allow. Every email includes the invoice, the amount, the due date and a pay link, and never threatens legal action or fees. If a customer disputes anything, the sequence pauses and you see their exact words.
What does it cost?
Nothing to connect. For 90 days you pay $15 per invoice that gets paid, capped at $150 a month, and nothing if nothing gets paid. After that, $49 a month plus $3 per invoice you place, or $149 a month for unlimited invoices.
Which accounting software works?
QuickBooks Online and Xero today. Owedable reads your invoices and customers and watches for payments; it never writes to your books.
What happens to my data?
It is used only to run your reminders. You can disconnect and delete everything from Settings at any time.
Who can use it?
US businesses chasing invoices issued to other businesses. Consumer invoices are filtered out and never chased.
